This policy explains how MelobLab handles information. It describes the current iOS version of the App, a fruit-merging game that works without an account.
2. Information stored on your device
The App stores information locally to provide its features:
- Your current game, fruit positions, score, highest score, and game progress.
- Preferences such as language, music, sound effects, and haptic feedback.
- A flag recording whether the App has already requested its automatic App Store rating prompt. This does not tell us whether you rated the App or what rating you gave.
The App reads your preferred system language to select a supported language. It also processes device capabilities, timing, and performance information locally to render the game, manage audio, and maintain smooth gameplay. The current App does not transmit this information to our servers.
We do not operate a gameplay account service or an app-managed cloud synchronization service. Depending on your device settings, Apple may include local app data in device backups or transfers. Those services are controlled by Apple and your settings.
3. Information we do not collect through the App
The current App does not contain advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or an app-operated remote crash-reporting service. We do not use the App to collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or advertising identifier.
We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, sell personal information, or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The current App has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
4. Apple services and external links
The App can request an Apple-provided rating prompt and open its App Store review page. Apple controls whether the prompt appears and handles any review you submit. The App does not receive your Apple Account credentials or an individual rating result from that prompt.
Apple may independently process information related to app downloads, reviews, diagnostics, and platform usage under its own policies and your device settings. Apple may make app analytics or diagnostic reports available to developers through its services. These are separate from information transmitted by the App itself.

5. When you contact us
If you voluntarily email us, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, message, and any screenshots or diagnostic details. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed to explain your issue.
We use correspondence to respond, troubleshoot, and address requests. Our email service provider may process it to deliver and store messages. Where applicable, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing support, taking steps you request, or meeting a legal obligation. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes or required by law. We may disclose it where legally required or necessary to protect legal rights.
6. Your choices and deletion
You can change language, music, sound effects, and haptic preferences in the App’s settings. Starting a new game replaces the current round but does not clear your highest score or preferences.
Deleting the App normally removes its local app data from that device. Offloading the App is different and may retain its data. Backups or a later device restore may retain or restore information; manage those copies through Apple’s device and backup settings. We cannot remotely access or erase your local game data.
For information you send us directly, contact hello@xiaoou.tech to request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, request portability, or complain to a competent privacy authority. These rights depend on applicable law and the information we actually hold. We may need proportionate verification to respond to a request.
7. Children’s privacy
The App does not require an account or ask players to submit personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the game. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent us personal information in a support message, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
8. Security and international processing
Local app information relies on iOS app storage protections and the security of your device. No storage or communication method is completely secure. If you contact us, your correspondence may be processed where we or our email provider operate, including outside your country. Where required, we will use applicable safeguards for transfers of personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the App or its information practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. If future versions introduce advertising, analytics, accounts, purchases, or other information processing, we will update our disclosures and obtain consent where required before the relevant processing begins.
